Bio for Jennifer Lu for 2007 – 2008 OCA Election

Jennifer is a homemaker with three children. Since 2000, she joined the Fulton County School System volunteers for various activities, as well as an interpreter. She was a Board Member for Orchestra Atlanta in 2001-2002. In 2003 and 2004, she was President of the Ludwig Symphony Orchestra. As president, she had coordinated several performances and raised funds for the Ludwig Symphony Orchestra. From 2005 to 2006, she served on the board of the Ludwig Symphony Orchestra and the OCA-Georgia Chapter. She was the chair of the OCA 2005 Career Fair which helped raised scholarship for Georgia high school seniors. Jennifer’s goal as VP of Cultural Affairs at OCA is to promote Asian cultural arts in the mainstream and assist the organization in raising funds for future programs.
